Additional Possibilities

The participants may share the room with their partner/guest or stay in the hotel under special price before or after the event. Before and after the event the price of single room or double room for single use is CHF 140.00 including breakfast buffet. The cost for an additional guest (partner) in a double room is CHF 100.00 per person and night including breakfast buffet. This rate is valid before, during and after the event.

The best way to make a reservation for the extra nights before and after the event is the following:

1. Send the request to mail|at|metropole-interlaken.ch or call +41 (0)33 828 66 66 and check whether there are still availabilities before and after the event and make the reservation by telling your requested arrival and departure date.
2. You can pay for the extra night at the reception.
3. Very important: You need to use the “code” NoE PetaMedia Spring School, otherwise the receptionists are not allowed to offer the special price of CHF 140.00 per person incl. breakfast and respectively CHF 100.00 incl. breakfast for the second person in a double room.

3. Very important: You need to use the “code” NoE PetaMedia Spring School, otherwise the receptionists are not allowed to offer the special price of CHF 100.00 incl. breakfast for the second person in a double room (which doesn’t participate in the spring school).
4. Very important: The hotel needs to know the participants name as well as the name of the second person with whom he/she wants to share the room. They also need to know whether the second person is a member of the spring school (no reduction in spring school application fee!) or “only” a partner who doesn’t participate at the spring school.

The system with the vouchers for the dinners (applies for partners) is going to be the following:

1. The partners can buy vouchers for the dinners at the reception until at latest 11am of that day when they would like to participate for the dinner.
2. The special price for the 4-course menu is CHF 45.00. The hotel will book the dinners to the certain room and the guests can pay for the rooms as well as for the dinners when they check out.
3. Very important: The hotel needs to know the number of the participants of the 1st dinner (21st February 2010) to be prepared properly. Please inform Metropole Hotel whether the partner would like to have dinner on the 1st evening when you make the reservation of the room for partner?

The partners may also join the social event. The price of an additional voucher will be app. CHF 155.00 and it can be bought at the hotel upon arrival.
